Current status: Valid as Tomicodon eos (Jordan & Gilbert 1882). Gobiesocidae: Gobiesocinae. Distribution: Eastern Pacific: southern tip of Baja California Sur (Mexico) south to Oaxaca (Mexico), including Gulf of California (Mexico). Habitat: marine.
