m, f, juveniles. Fixed in 10% buffered (dolomite) formalin ~1 month. |
Collecting Event Remarks |
Water temp. = 16 C. Traps set along shore from boat. These Gasterosteus aculeatus were held at room temperature for about 5 days in ~7% ethanol in water which was mistakenly used instead of formalin. After 5 days, they were transferred to 10% buffered formalin. They are prob |
