Description | Saltillo-style blanket woven in plain tapestry technique in two pieces and sewn together down the center; Each half has two multi-ply warps along both sides and single-ply warps elsewhere; Large central composite diamond in colors of dark blue, crimson, and white on a white field filled with an open lattice network of diamonds is flanked at either end by plain horizontal bands in light and dark blue, crimson, white, and yellow, and one band at each end with more complex pattern of small serrated diamonds in the same colors. | |
