Description Dance sling consisting of a braided rope in colors of black, gray, white, and several shades of brown; Approx. half of the rope is woven with 8 strands in a continuous pattern of chevrons and is square in cross-section; At the end the entire braided rope is wrapped in a length of brown twine and pink yarn; Other half of rope is woven with 48 strands in alternating panels of concentric diamonds, solid colored parallelograms and trapezoids, and solid colored panels, and is also square in cross-section; Near end, 8 strands are pulled out from core of rope and braided into separate finger hold loop; At end of rope, all individual strands are concealed within a very large tassel of white yarns which are doubled and wrapped near their base with white yarn; Six smaller tassels in pink, red, orange, rust brown, and pale green, each made of yarns that are doubled and sewn to the braided rope (tan, white, and mixed brown and white) are spaced along length of 48-strand section of rope.
