Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Shalako Mana (Hopi Cloud Girl), who accompanies the Shalako Taka during the rarely performed Shalako ceremony; Figure is carved with heavy cylindrical body with only the feet minimally depicted; Figure attire is painted and includes dress of black and white triangles that represent eagle feathers; Face paint includes hachured red triangles on cheeks and blue, red, yellow, and white mouth; Elaborate tableta on head has terraced edges and consists of red, yellow, and blue panels; Heavy coil of corn husk wrapped in red wool yarn is suspended over figure's forehead.
