| Description |
3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Nahalisho Otshi; Upper torso, upper arms and knees are red; Forearms and lower legs are yellow; Upper legs are white; Figure wears commercially printed muslin kilt, carved and painted blue moccasins, and gold wool yarn wristlets; White case mask has red tab ears, blue tubular mouth, and yellow flower on each cheek; Two ears of corn are painted on back of mask; Piece of cowhide with hair still on and four large white feathers (arranged in cross pattern) are attached to top of mask; Single feather also glued to each ear. |
