Description | Carrying bag of truncated triangular shape with convex bottom, tapering sides, and concave upper edge that is reinforced with several heavy cords enclosed within the looped weft fibers; Bag is woven entirely of 2-ply cordage in a looped netting technique; Bundle of 6 to 7 cordage fibers are looped to the upper corners of the bag, forming the carrying handle; Exterior of bag is painted on front and back with several horizontal stripes and series of vertical stripes in ochre. | |
