Description Small rug woven entirely in plain tapestry weave; Design consists of central rectangle with double border in black and gray-tan and enclosing a red cross-barred motif with orange crosses at its ends, all on white background; Column of stacked black terraced triangles borders each side of rug and band of contiguous black terraced triangles forms inner border along each end; Plain narrow red border frames ends of rug only; End cords are carded gray; One side selvage cord is white and the other is red; End cords and selvage cords are knotted separately at corners to form short corner tassels.
