Description Small flat rectangular bag woven in 2-strand plain twining technique; Warp material is hemp and primary weft material is hop twine; Mouth of pouch is bound with strip of commercially woven dark blue cotton fabric with a basket weave pattern; Designs are woven of dyed corn husk fibers in a false embroidery technique and consist of two pair of red terraced hourglass shapes on the front, with each pair joined by a horizontal red line edged in purple; Design on reverse consists of 3 pair of conjoined and concentric terraced diamonds in orange and purple; All designs are on a background of undyed corn husk fibers which are also woven in the false embroidery technique; Single short leather thong is threaded through top of pouch to form short carrying handle.
