Description |
Wand made from two sheets of bark cut to rectangular shape with concave sides and sewn together along edges with cotton string; Center of sheets are colored with red pigment and edges are painted deep blue; Carved wooden handle that is square in cross-section is partially split from distal end and bark sheets are positioned in the split and secured with commercial brown thread; Portion of handle that extends over bark sheets is also painted red and blue; Short length of commercial red ribbon is secured to distal end of handle. |
