| Description | Stone rendition of a metal trade tomahawk-pipe; May have been used as a ceremonial war calumet; "Blade" is decorated with a shallow relief floral design of one large flower with two leaves surrounded by curvilinear shapes; The distal end of the bowl-base is a stepped pyramid; Bowl is cylindrical with three etched bands; Shaft carving is, from insertion end to tip, an octagonal abutted by a carved hourglass; A squared-off, multifaceted flaring; A long octagonal cylinder; And a scalloped rectangular with a small wooden mouthpiece. | |
