Description Round ration ticket pouch constructed of two pieces of tanned hide sewn together with thread with opening left at top; Edge beaded in white around entire perimeter; One side beaded in overlay stitch with a central stylized floral motif in dark blue, red, brown, green and light blue against a light and dark blue background; Green and red band at mouth; Hide lace attached at mouth; Collected by American artist Maynard Dixon (1875-1946) prior to 1940.
