Description Hard leather sole attached to tanned hide upper with sinew; Upper is constructed with single piece of hide; Pointed tongue is separate and attached to upper with sinew; Split back cuff; Hide lace threaded around ankle; Cuff is edge beaded alternating in green and white; Instep is undecorated; Vamp design is a stepped diamond in blue, yellow and red on an undecorated background; Collected by American artist Maynard Dixon (1875-1946) prior to 1940.
