Description | Irregularly shaped fragment of kapa, made by beating strip of bark into very thin sheet; Extant fragment is nearly transparent; is rust brown in overall color, and bears two watermarks: the first one showing regularly spaced heavy parallel lines and the second one showing an all over diamond network pattern with a circle inside each diamond, the latter representing a fishing net filled with fish; Fragment has been cut along at least three sides. | |
