Dance headdress made from buckskin strip sewn into cap-like shape with long, trailing flap, fringed along sides and bottom; Crown of cap is decorated with bundle of trimmed black and white feathers and red-shafted flicker feathers looped through cotton string loops and secured with sinew; White feathers also tied to bottom of back flap; Flap is painted with red geometric designs. |
