| Description | Hair comb carved from single piece of wood; Heavy but short handle tapers inward gradually toward its junction with the actual comb; Upper portion of comb is triangular in overall shape, with 15 very long, cylindrical teeth extending out from it, each one slightly tapered toward its distal end; Single decorative line is incised around edges of upper portion of comb and a single linear rope-like motif is carved in low relief just above the row of teeth on both faces. | |
