Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Honan Katsina (Badger), this one in the form that often appears during the Mixed Dances on Third Mesa or during the Water Serpent Ceremony on First Mesa; Figure's torso is dark brown with a white stripe extending up his chest and face, over the top of its head and down its back; He is dressed in a white dance kilt with painted embroidered designs to represent a dance sash, a black breechclout, red moccasins, and a case mask whose colors match his torso; Mask includes an elongated snout with bared teeth and a badger print is painted on each cheek within a yellow circular area; Figure's arms and hands are held tightly again his torso; Bundle of small mixed feathers is tied to each side of mask.
