Description Very tall and slender basketry-covered glass bottle with separate basketry lid; Bottle is of clear glass and has a flat base and sides that taper inward gradually bore rising vertically to form a tall narrow neck; Basketry covering is woven in bands of wrapped twining alternating with narrow bands of exposed and crossed warps that are woven in plain twining technique; Warp and possibly weft (?) material is stems of an unidentified grass; Secondary weft material in areas of wrapped twining is undyed bear grass leaves; Designs are woven of dyed bear grass leaves in wrapped twining areas and include a rope-like band in orange and green, a band of black whales, a band of hunters in canoes (orange and green), a second band of a different type of whale, a band of orange birds, and finally a second orange and green rope-like band; Lid is woven entirely in wrapped twining technique and is decorated with round green area on top.
