| Description | Round brimless hat with rounded dome, whose exterior is woven in an open lattice technique using thinly split cane rods over a layer of black paper (?), and surmounted by a small red and yellow wool pompom; Interior of hat is lined with single layer of coiled rods which are bound together and to the outer layers by a diamond network of blue yarn stitching that is, itself, flanked by red and yellow yarn stitching; Separately woven headrest ring is attached to interior. | |
