Description Two Grey Hills Navajo-style rug, woven in tapestry weave, with complex central design of double series of concentric diamonds in colors of medium and dark brown, white, and light gray, all on dark gray background; Central designs are flanked on either side by quarter- and half diamonds in same colors; White “spirit line” is located in upper right corner; Rug is bordered along all four edges by band of small paired medium brown terraced triangles on white background and an outer plain black border; Twining and selvage cords are woven in contrasting dark gray yarns.
