Description Woman’s wraparound skirt made from small bundles of 3 or 4 long grass stems that are grouped together by color (natural undyed or dyed purple, pink, yellow, green or orange); In each grouping 3 or 4 bundles of like-colored stems, one end of each bundle is doubled or folded over to form a loop and then secured with maroon-colored commercial wool yarn, woven in a twining technique; The next bundle is then laid alongside and the twining continues.
