| Description | Large round tray with flat bottom and very low vertical sides, woven entirely in single rod coiled technique; Center design is a 14-point star in dark brown against a natural straw-colored background, all framed by a band of 25 contiguous dark brown triangles that are also on a natural straw-colored background; Sides of basket are dark brown; Final two coils flare out beyond the rim at two points opposite each other to form carrying handles and are woven in a herringbone pattern with alternate blocks of dark brown and natural straw-colored fibers. | |
