Description Basket with lid constructed of naturally colored cedar splint warps woven with bear grass wefts; Basket is decorated with four dyed fiber bands at the base and also along the rim of the lid: bright red, purple-brown, black, and bright red; Three purple-brown birds adorn the sides at intervals; Lid has large green circle woven into center and a surrounding purple-brown/black ring; Lid designs are severely faded with original colors visible on the interior; A= Basket, B=Lid.
