Australian aboriginal wood carving; Four-tiered wooden carving, with two solid cylindrical segments separated by two-pronged segments; The lower two-pronged segment connects with the cylindrical segments while the upper two-pronged segment rests on a cylindrical segment but is open at the top; Cylindrical areas are painted with all-over cross-hatched pattern in red, white, yellow and black; Design panels on these portions are segments by a vertical band of black dots bordered in thick black lines; “Leg” segments are painted entirely in brick red.
