Description Qöqöle katsina; Three-dimensional figure in standing position wearing a black mask with turquoise-colored designs, including bird tracks and painted eyes and mouth; Four small multicolored feathers sit atop the head while brown and white carved wings protrude from either side of the face; There is a carved green ruff around his neck; The figure is wearing a long, tan button-down shirt and dark trousers; His moccasins are red with black soles and red, yellow, and blue patterned cuffs; On his left wrist is a brown bracelet with a white flower design and on his right is a brown tie; In his right hand he carries a turquoise rattle and in his left a tan-colored sack; The figure is standing atop an unpainted, circular wooden base with the name “Ambrose Tewa” carved into the bottom.
