Description Rectangular Two Grey Hills rug, woven in plain tapestry weave; Large central design consists of a series of concentric, stylized terraced diamonds in colors of white, black, white, and dark brown, woven on a light gray background; Large triangle comprising several concentric triangles in similar colors and design fills each corner of the rug; Design elements are framed by a thin dark brown border, which is straight along the sides but forms a rectilinear meander pattern along the top and bottom; Triple straight edged border in light grey, white and black frames rug along all four edges; Light grey spirit line extends from light grey background across all borders in one corner of rug; Twining and selvage cords are woven of dark brown wool yarns.
