Tall-necked green wine (?) bottle with basketry covering, woven mostly in diagonal twining with 2 rows of 3-strand twining at rim; Warp rods are bent over at rim and coil-wrapped; Short ring-base, coiled on single rod foundation is attached to base; Designs on sides include 5 bands in redbud, dyed (black) bracken fern root, and spring-peeled (brown) and dyed (green and yellow) willow. |
