Description | Fancy saddle throw woven entirely in plain tapestry weave, using multi-plied Germantown yarns over foundation of cotton string warps; Center design includes 3 rows of small concentric serrated diamonds in dark blue and green edged in red and white alternating with 2 rows of blue bars, and a large half-diamond along each side edge (each composed of multiple concentric serrated half diamonds in purple, black, and dark blue edged in red, light blue, or white); Wide composite serrated zigzag band in purple, black, dark and light blue, and white borders each end; Background color is red; Purple and black tassels are added at each corner; Red, purple, white, black, and green fringe is along lower edge, and white, blue, and green pompom tassels are on lower corners. | |
