| Description | Mold pressed oil lamp with flat bottomed, round oil reservoir with closed, concave top; Elongated spout for wick extends out from edge of reservoir and is formed with single large perforation; Heavy inched handle is attached to side of reservoir opposite the wick spout and extends above rim of reservoir; Center top of reservoir is decorated with low relief floral-like pattern, with small perforation in center and on each floral petal; Shoulder of reservoir is encircled by row of small clay protuberances; Underside of wick spout and base are decorated with small overlapping circular impressions; Overall color is terra cotta. | |
