| Description | The head of a male figure, which has broken off from the remainder of the statue; Hair is in the style of a "pageboy," below the ears, full, slightly wavy looking in the front; Hat lies on relatively flat on top of head, with thick edges but is missing the crown; Round cheeks, small mouth, nose has chipped off but appears to have been straight; Red-orange terra cotta with fire damage; It is not entirely clear that this head goes with the torso CAS 0227-1087B. | |
