Materials Warp and weft: alpaca and sheep wool
Description Rectangular carrying cloth made from two panels that are seamed together down the center; Each warp-faced, plainweave panel is woven longer than wide and has a wide center area that is plain black except for a narrow multicolored band down the center; Outer edge of each panel shows a wide multicolored band in several shades of pink, red, and green; Each decorative band has a narrow center band that is woven with complimentary warps to produce a repeating geometric pattern; The two panels are seamed together using a flat joining stitch, mostly in olive green, and one section in black.
