Description | Large olla or water jar with concave base, flaring sides, high shoulder, short neck and wide mouth; Underbody, base, and interior of rim are slipped red; Remaining exterior is slipped white; Exterior design in black and orange includes two large rosettes with large white floral motifs outlined in black on orange background; Areas between rosettes are divided into 3 horizontal bands with geometric units in the upper and lower bands and small parrot motifs in the center band; Jar is unsigned. | |
