Shallow oval plate with flat base and very low, flaring sides; Interior and exterior are scraped smooth; Exterior is covered with a reddish micaceous clay slip; Interior is covered with a white slip and painted with a single black bird motif in center and band of black semicircles around interior rim; Solid black line encircles lip; Plate is unsigned. |
