Description | Round bowl with flat base and rounded vertical sides that slope inward slightly at rim; Interior and exterior are scraped smooth; Interior and base of exterior are covered with orange slip; Wide band around exterior sides is covered with white slip and painted with a black cloud motif that is repeated four times, between upper and lower black framing lines; Solid black line encircles lip; Both framing lines of design band and the line around the lip include a ceremonial break in the design; Bowl is unsigned. | |
