Description Painting on black mat board entitled "Apache Crown Dancer", depicting single male dancer wearing brown leather kilt and moccasins and black cloth head and face mask, surmounted by white feathers and carved wooden horns; Dancer's upper body is painted pale blue with red cross symbol on his chest and he carries carved sword in each upraised hand; Signature "Tsa-Sah-Wee-Eh" is printed in white paint in lower right corner. Helen Hardin is the daughter of Pablita Velarde, whose paintings are also represented in the CAS painting collection.
