Description Stone cut print on white mulberry or rice paper entitled "Sun Owl" depicting image of owl, shown with its talons spread and with feathers extending out from every part of its body; Upper feathers of owl are orange, lower feathers and legs are black, and feathers on face and underbelly are yellow; "45/50" and title are hand printed in pencil below and to left of image, the latter printed in Inuit (?) characters; Artist's name is printed in Inuit (?) characters below and to right of image; Artist's chop mark is printed in black ink and chop mark of artists' co-op is printed in red ink adjacent to artist's hand printed name; "45/50, Sun Owl, Kenojuak" are handwritten in pencil along top edge on reverse.
