Woodard's, Gallup, NM); This and 7 other teaspoons with the Woodard hallmark were commissioned by the Elkuses much later than the original teaspoons that were made at Bert Staples shop in 1932; Teaspoon CAS 0370-1398 bears hallmark of Joe D.
