Description | Fabricated pin in form of beetle; Oval body is hollowware with narrow horizontal die-stamped bands; Pair of leaf-shaped hammered silver wings are soldered to front of body and each is die stamped with overall pattern of closely spaced parallel lines; Small round turquoise stone set in plain bezel forms head and 2 silver "raindrops" attached to sides of bezel form eyes; Short lengths of twisted wire form two pair of legs and the antennae; Stainless steel pin with clasp is soldered onto reverse; Pin is not signed. | |
