Description | Small round jar with flat-bottomed pedestal base, flaring lower sides, midlevel height shoulder that tapers inward toward rim and very wide mouth with everted rim; Pair of very small perforated handles are attached to upper sides of jar just below the rim; Interior and exterior surfaces are scraped smooth; Designs are painted in black and consist of two decorative bands that encircle the upper half of the jar; Lower band is divided into six panels with alternating geometric and bird motifs; Upper band shows rounded triangles with tick marks and paired groupings of 4 dots. | |
