| Description | Small pitcher with rounded base, spherical body, and tall narrow neck with flaring rim; One edge of rim is significantly lower than the opposite edge; Single coiled handle is attached to high edge of rim and to shoulder; Exterior of pitcher is coated with white slip and painted with series of wide concentric bands on base and series of cross-hatched bands that extend from lower sides to base of neck and then up the neck and handle, possibly reminiscent of rope carrying straps; All designs are painted in dark brown. | |
