Four-tined iron fork with a carved cylindrical wooden handle and silver ferrule that is etched with floral designs; Wood handle is carved in six different bands, the fifth band from the proximal end has writing carved in it “NVR Anno 1874”; From BRL 1982: “Fork, German or Dutch blade, engraved silver ferrule; Carved boxwood (?) (sic) handle, geometric motif; Rattle inside.” |
