Description | Two folding knives that clip together, both have four mother of pearl sections on handle separated by silver adornments silver stars holding then to the main body, silver bolsters with etched line decorations, one blade has nail mark while the other does not; From BRL 1982: “Take-apart two blade knife, probably France; Four panel [mother of] pearl handle with engraved silver bolster and divides; Silver rivet burrs in shape of five point stars; Iron liners; Steel blades and springs; Touchmark on blade; Slip-pin take-apart mechanism; 18th century.” | |
