Description Two-tined steel fork with antler handle that is encased by brass that has interwoven lines etched in it; The antler has inlays of two brass diamonds, 16 ivory flowers (?), and a silver pitcher on each side; From BRL 1982: “Fork, Bavaria or Austria; Handle: late 17th or 18th century; Engraved brass wrapped horn handle inlaid with bone and engraved brass ornaments, two in the form of pitchers; Very fine handle; Tines appear to be a replacement - much too crude for the handle; Compare CAS 0389-1832.”
