Description Loom with partially woven rug, woven entirely in plain tapestry weave; Design is that of a child’s size 3rd-phase chief’s blanket, with a borderless, banded pattern of blue bands overlaid with narrow black ones outlined in red, all on a background of alternating black and white bands; Overlaid on the black and white bands are quarter and half diamonds (repeating the alternating blue and black bands) whose terraced edges are outlined in red and white; If completed, the full design would should a full diamond in the center, a half diamond in the center of each edge, and a quarter diamond in each corner; End cords and selvage cords are all dark blue; Loom includes lower web beam and upper warp beam (to which the rug is attached with cotton string), a heddle rod (attached to the warp yarns with cotton string), and a shed rod.
