Description Globose canteen with flattened back, short forward-tilting spout, and pair of loop handles with medial grooves; Exterior is scraped smooth, especially on front and slipped red on back, spout, and handles and slipped white on front portion; Front or top of canteen is painted with spiral image of double-tailed feathered serpent whose body is painted in various geometric designs in dark brown and reddish brown; Serpent's tails terminate in dragonfly-like (?) motifs and two bolts of lightning extend out from its mouth; Attributed to Nampeyo on basis of similarities to documented canteen by Nampeyo in collection of the Arizona State Museum and other published examples.

Description Small round pitcher with a footed base, rounded lower body, short constricted neck and very everted rim; Large flattened handle is attached vertically at rim (rising above height of rim) and at shoulder; Interior only of neck and entire exterior are scraped smooth, coated with a red slip, and polished; Black painted designs on exterior include a brick-like pattern around the neck, a band of spirals around the mid-section; A zigzag line encircles the interior rim and the handle and a solid black line outlines the lip.

Description Small round pitcher with flat base, expanded midsection, and tall slightly constricted neck with flaring rim; Single vertical strap handle is attached at rim (rising slightly above rim) and just below midlevel on side; Interior and exterior surfaces are scraped smooth and coated with a buff-colored slip; Designs on exterior are painted in red in a variation of the "fish bone pattern", consisting of asymmetrical vertical columns of contiguous triangles with single framing lines along the outer edges of the columns, all extending from base to rim; Solid red line encircles lip of mouth and lip of base; Outer edges of handle are painted with solid red lines and series of parallel horizontal lines decorate the outside of the handle; Underside of base is painted with series of large randomly placed red dots.
