Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Tasap or Tasaf Katsina (Navajo Katsina), who appears as a line dancer in the spring, along with other Navajo-derived katsinam; Figure's body is painted completely white and he wears carved and painted white kilt, yellow fox skin tail, pale red moccasins, red bandolier sash, blue armbands, and turquoise necklace; Case mask is white on back with pair of cloud symbols; Front of mask is pale blue with yellow beak-like mouth and elongated black eyes; Front top of mask is red; Right ear consists of yellow whorl with red yarn and white feather; Left ear is represented by small feather bundle; Additional of natural and dyed feathers is tied with cotton string to top of mask.
