Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Chakwaina (no translation), who is the chief katsina of the Asa clan and thought to have come to Hopi when the Asa clan from Zuni Pueblo established the village of Sichomovi; His shoulders, forearms, and legs are painted yellow and the remainder of his body is black; He wears a carved and painted white kilt, black breechclout, dance sash, fox skin tail, concho belt, turquoise-colored moccasins, yarn wristlet, commercial leather bracelet, felt armbands, and two commercial leather and shell bandolier pouches; His black case mask includes beard and long hair, rectangular mouth, and yellow crescent eyes; He carries bow in left hand and rattle in right hand.
