Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Hon or Hania (Yellow Bear Katsina); Figure's body is painted white except for black oval outlined in white on chest and back and black forearms; He wears carved and painted brown kilt with wide black zigzag band with white bear tracks, red leather belt with fringe on both sides, yellow carved and painted fox skin tail, red moccasins, and braided shoestring bandolier sashes; Case mask is white on back and yellow on front and has red tab ears, black and white pop-out eyes, and black snout with bared teeth; Black band outlined in red is painted across eyes and black bear print is on each cheek and on forehead; Variety of large and small feathers are glued to top and back of mask.
