Description 3-dimensional carved figure in standing position, representing Tawa Katsina (Sun Katsina), who appears in mixed dances; His torso and upper arms are painted red, while his left shoulder, right forearm, and left leg are yellow and his right shoulder, left forearm, and right leg are turquoise blue; He wears a carved and painted white kilt, dance sash, sash belt, fox skin tail, brown moccasins, red bandolier sash, and wool garters and wristlet; His orange case mask has a large sun face on front, encircled by 20 carved eagle feathers; Bundle of small gray feathers is glued to back of mask; He holds a carved rattle in right hand and ceremonial staff in left hand.
