Description |
3-dimensional carved figurine in standing position, representing Kokosori (no translation), whose body painting depicts the colored kernels of corn; He accompanies Eototo and Aholi and is usually naked except for a woman's sash around his waist; This figure's body is painted brown with white circles above his waist and with black circles below the waist; He wears only a painted black breechclout and brown moccasins; His black case mask includes brown tab ears (each with a small shell earring on string) and is painted on front with white circles and on back with two tadpole images; Circular eyes and mouth are green; Several feathers and tuft of white wool are tied to top of mask. |
